30th Bargaining Update — SCU Adjunct Faculty & Lecturers

Dear campus community,

This week we had two bargaining sessions with the Administration, during which we traded multiple proposals on Compensation.    

The Union's most recent Compensation proposal:
-Bonuses: $1,500 for QALs; $2,500 for AYALs; and $3,000 for RTLs and Senior Lecturers
-Raises:  6.75% in Sept. 2024; 6% in Sept. 2025
Our proposal includes a compensation floor. 

The Administration's most recent Compensation proposal:
-Bonuses: $1,500 for QALs; $2,500 for AYALs; and $3,000 for RTLs and Senior Lecturers
-Raises:  6.25% in Sept. 2024; 5.75% in Sept. 2025
This proposal also includes a compensation floor.
