Dear campus community,
In today's bargaining session we reached a Tentative Agreement on Performance Evaluation, and Housing. We also made counter-proposals on Compensation and Positions, Titles, & Promotion.
Only three subjects of bargaining remain. Our next bargaining session will be Thursday 4/4.
The Union's most recent Compensation proposal:
-Bonuses: $1,500 for QALs; $2,500 for AYALs; and $3,000 for RTLs and Senior Lecturers
-Raises: 8% in Sept. 2024; 6% in Sept. 2025
Our proposal also includes a compensation floor, and a $5,000 hiring bonus for new AYALs.
The Administration's most recent Compensation proposal:
-Bonuses: $1,500 for QALs; $2,500 for AYALs; and $3,000 for RTLs and Senior Lecturers
-Raises: 5.75% in Sept. 2024; 5.5% in Sept. 2025
This proposal also includes a compensation floor.
