Dear campus community,
In today's bargaining session we made counter-proposals to the Administration on Compensation,
and Timeline for Teaching Contracts and Cancellation Payments.
Our next bargaining session will be November 28.
We are still far apart on compensation. While the Administration's proposal represents progress,
we believe that a university as well-resourced as SCU can commit to more significant gains for NTT faculty.
Our proposal, however, reflects the great contribution of NTT faculty to the university’s success.
But we will only be able to achieve this if our union is active and strong.
